HOW CAN I HELP?

I’m Alexandra and it’s been my life’s work to recover from depression and anxiety. Now I’m dedicated to helping those who also suffer.

There are many people here; you’re not alone. Personally, I have suffered for over half my life with both.

 

They say knowledge is power. This is why I’ve put together lots of information to answer all your questions. This can help you to have a better understanding about why you are depressed or anxious.
